A poem about irony

Ode to Klonopin

The people who need it
don’t want to take it
(it makes them feel sedated)
The people who don’t need it
won’t stop taking it.

  1. Um, what’s Klonopin and what is it for? (I like the name, though.)

  2. Klonopin is a psychiatric medication, a benzodiazipine, used to treat anxiety. It works very quickly and can be sedative (ie, calming). It is used to treat panic attacks, but is often abused by people who simply want to sedate themselves everytime they feel something uncomfortable.
