What I do regularly

As listed on Livestrong.com, where I’ve been tracking my calories and my daily exercise:

Bicycling – under 10 mph (leisure)
Driving – light vehicle (e.g., car, pick-up)
Other (Manual)
Reading – reclining
Sexual Activity – moderate
Sit-ups – vigorous
Stair climbing
Strolling (walking under 2 mph)
Walk: 2 mph (30 min/mi)
Walk: 4 mph (15 min/mi)

I think that’s actually a pretty good summary of my life.
