New Year’s Eve
It’s weird that it’s 2006 and there’s still one more night of Hannukah. This menorah comes from Museumgirl’s parents. It was a wedding gift.
We spent our usual quiet, intimate New Year’s Eve. We went to our favorite restaurant, Seoul Food. We watched When Harry Met Sally. We drank soy nog with rum and finished off the extra bottle of Oregon sparkling wine that and A. brought out for our wedding. We played Scrabble. The rest of the evening would qualify as TMI if shared here. Suffice to say, we rang in the new year happy, tipsy, and satisfied.
Cheers! 🙂 We, like the old married couple we are, didn’t make it past 11:30.

Sounds like a lovely New Year. pnsm and I arrived home that day and were so happy to be able to snuggle up together in our own bed. I thought about calling you at 9 our time (midnight yours) but missed the time by about an hour and a half. I guess it was good we missed it after all. ;>
